The Beverage Industry and PeopleOps team up

      While PeopleOps Consumer Practice for On-Demand and Managed Candidate sourcing is being established, the leadership has decided to extend its Concierge Level Executive Recruiting solution to the Beverage Industry.

      PeopleOps takes a global approach to the Beverage Industry.  We are looking at assisting both established enterprise level companies as well as emerging hyper-growth companies.  In addition to domestic talent acquisition, with PeopleOps location agnostic candidate development methodology, finding the right candidates in difficult markets and culture is now not so painful. 

      
What is Concierge Level Executive Recruiting? It's a mashup between the absolute most dedicated attention to both the hiring manager as well as the executive level candidates. In addition, our practice group will live and breath the hiring managers business while the search is underway. This is why  we typically close difficult searches within 14 days. We are not saying that the process stops there, as it varies greatly by company, however 95% of the time the candidate that is ultimately hired is located within 14 days of the beginning of the search.
